Fruit Tree Orchard

The new fruit tree orchard has been planted on the Millennium Green thanks to a grant from the Kings Coronation Living Grant administered by Lancashire County Council.

Thank you to all the residents who turned up on short notice Saturday morning to plant the trees.

20 fruit trees of mixed variety from apple, pear, plum, cherry and damson have been planted and we can't wait for spring to see the blossom.
